Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager:
- Monthly/quarterly/annual accounting and financial reporting.
- Yearend audit/auditor requests.
- P&L and cashflow forecasts.
- Acquisition integration and M&A reporting.
- Preparing and analyzing quarterly reporting.
- Ad-hoc projects and analysis.
- Directly assisting the CAO.
- Communicating, collaborating, and supporting subsidiaries and partners.
Preferred Qualifications of the Financial Reporting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
- CPA &/or public accounting experience preferred.
- 4 years of financial reporting experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
